We deployed the Election Management Platform on Microsoft Azure, a cutting-edge cloud hosting platform, relieving our clients of having to configure and deploy software on their own servers. Our platform includes extra levels of security to ensure that information stays private and audit trails cannot be altered. Wherever possible, we incorporate mobile applications and technology to allow users to access the platform remotely using a variety of devices including tablets and smartphones.

Taking a ‘clean sheet approach’ we worked with election officials to understand their current problems and map out real-world situations. We continually review changes in election technology, customer needs / suggestions, and each state’s legislation and incorporate these changes within our platform.

Ron Davis – Chief Executive Officer
Ron Davis is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder EasyVote Solutions. For the past 25 years, Ron has been a leader in driving technology solutions to the marketplace.  From technology start-ups to worldwide corporations, Ron has used his sales, marketing, and management skills to help drive multi-million dollar revenue goals. By always using the mantra of “value creation”, Ron has successfully rolled out new products, rolled out existing products to new markets, re-tooled sales forces for more success and created indirect sales forces where there was none before. Today, Ron is using his skills running a company that develops software solutions whose mission is to automate business processes that create more efficiencies, productivity, and help increase bottom line profits.

Charles Davis – Chief Financial Officer
Charles serves as Chief Financial Officer & Founder of EasyVote Solutions, a focused elections software developer located in Atlanta GA.  His professional career has included financial positions in both small and large companies, with a focus in using financial expertise to help grow profitable businesses.  Charles has a passion for early stage companies.  He is one of the founding partners and sits on the Board of Directors of The Meadowmont Group, a multi-strategy Investment Fund. Charles holds a MBA degree with an emphasis on Finance from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Chuck Giddens – Chief Technical Officer
Chuck is a responsible for leading all the technology development for EasyVote Solutions.  He has a long history of software development with both large and small companies.  During his time as a software developer at AT&T, Chuck was responsible for helping AT&T obtain over fifteen patents.  Recently his work has included incorporating more mobile capabilities into into a changing election process landscape.  Chuck’s real expertise is seeing a customer’s vision and developing efficient software around that vision.

Sandy Phillips – Director of Implementation and Training
Sandy Phillips, joined the EasyVote team after being the Franklin County Elections Supervisor. Sandy brings to the team her expertise in the Elections Office, along with her 20+ years of technology experience.  She is primarily responsible for making sure customers have the best experience possible with the EasyVote software.


Based outside of Atlanta, Georgia, EasyVote’s Election Management Platform is available to customers in all 50 states.
