Chief Executive Officer   

Charles serves as Chief Executive Officer & Co-founder of EasyVote Solutions. His professional career has included financial positions in both small and large companies, with a focus in using financial expertise to help grow profitable businesses. Charles has a passion for early stage companies. He is a founding partner and sits on the Board of Directors of The Meadowmont Group, a multi-strategy Investment Fund. Charles holds a MBA degree with an emphasis on Finance from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Chief Revenue Officer

Ron Davis is the Chief Revenue Officer and Co-Founder of EasyVote Solutions. For the past 25 years, Ron has been a leader in driving technology solutions to the marketplace. From technology start-ups to worldwide corporations, Ron has used his sales, marketing, and management skills to help drive multi-million dollar revenue goals. By always using the mantra of “value creation”, Ron has successfully rolled out new products, rolled out existing products to new markets, re-tooled sales forces for more success and created indirect sales forces where there was none before. Today through EasyVote, Ron is using his skills to develop software solutions to automate election processes and increase efficiency and productivity for our customers.

Chief Operating Officer

Patrick Lee brings with him 16 years of direct elections experience. Working at the State and local levels of election administration and working in the private sector for a major election vendor, Patrick has the knowledge and experience to lead our customer support and development team members. His expertise in election management and oversight, election warehouse management, personnel management, pollworker training, voter registration, absentee/early voting/election day logistics management, as well as Federal, State, and local election compliance understanding makes him a true election expert.

Executive Director of Product Sales

Jason brings more than 25 years of experience in the election industry working in both private and public sectors. Jason served as Elections Administrator for Williamson County, and as Deputy Elections Administrator for Denton County, both in Texas. Prior to his role as an election official, Jason worked with Election Systems and Software (ES&S), the VOTEC Corporation and, Scytl. Jason also holds his certification as a Certified Elections/Registration Vendor (CERV) from Auburn University’s Election Center. As a former elections administrator who understands the complexities of preparing for and conducting elections, Jason brings an extraordinary blend of election knowledge and experience focused on helping elections offices achieve their goals for smooth and successful elections.

Davi is a 25 year sales and business development veteran. Davi has been working in the eco-system of elections for over a decade. She is extremely passionate about democracy and is well known through the elections community. Davi is recognized for her keen ability to listen to her clients and design a roadmap for success by collaborating with her customers and internal team members. Davi enjoys uncovering unique problems and finding a way to solve them through great technology which can be configured and customized to meet the needs of customers.
